⚙️ Attendance Control · Rotating & Fixed Shifts

Stop assigning shifts one by one and start managing shift rotations in bulk

Set up your shift roster once —morning, afternoon, night, weekly or seasonal rotations— and apply it to your entire team automatically. No more re-entering the same shift, person by person, every time the rotation changes.

⚖️ HOW YOUR DAY-TO-DAY CHANGES

From assigning shift by shift, to moving entire rotations at once

😩 Before (one by one)
You enter check-in and check-out times, person by person, shift by shift.
🔁 If your team rotates shifts every week, you repeat the same entry over and over.
✍️ If a rotation changes, you manually correct every affected row.
⚠️ It’s easy to get the shift or date wrong when you enter so much by hand.
🙌 Now (by shift roster)
🔢 You enter one shift code per person and date — no more times.
🔁 You set up the full rotation once and apply it to the whole team at once.
⚙️ Something changes? Update the catalog and it updates automatically.
The system confirms the shift exists and is active before applying it.
✨ WHY YOUR TEAM WILL LOVE IT

Benefits you’ll feel from the very first upload

⏱️
Less manual entry
Trade repeated hours for a single code: fewer clicks, less time, less frustration for HR.
🎯
Real standardization
Everyone sharing a shift uses exactly the same configuration.
🛡️
Fewer errors
Reduces the risk of entering the wrong time or applying the wrong shift.
📋
Always-consistent policies
Attendance rules travel with the shift — they don’t depend on who fills out the file.
🔄
Changes in seconds
Did a rotation change? Update the code or the catalog, not row by row in the file.
🔍
Clear traceability
The file keeps a record of which shift was assigned to each employee and day.
💳
Payroll without surprises
With incidents enabled, processed records go straight to Payroll for calculation.
📈
Grows with your operation
The same logic works just as well for small teams as for large, variable schedules.
🌙
Shifts that cross midnight, no drama
Night shifts and special cases are validated and set up once in the catalog.
🧭 IT’S THAT SIMPLE

How it works, in 3 steps

1
🗂️
Set up once
Register each shift with its schedule and attendance rules. This is done only once.
2
🔢
Assign by code
Specify which shift applies to each employee and day — no more typing times.
3
Process with control
Validate the assignment and, if everything checks out, incidents are generated for Payroll.

1
Set up the shift catalog

Register every schedule your operation uses —morning, afternoon, night, days off— with its check-in time, check-out time, and attendance policies. This is done once per shift; avoid duplicates with different names for the same schedule.

DAY OFF · no shift
2
Go to Custom Shift Assignment

Path: Administration → Attendance Control → Custom Shift Assignment. Select the “By Shift” tab — don’t use “Check-in and Check-out” for regular operations that already have shifts configured.

Download the template and fill out the file

One row per employee and date: employee ID, date, the exact shift code from the catalog, and whether it applies incidents to Payroll. No formulas, no merged cells, no changing headers.

Upload the file and review the validation

The system confirms the employee exists, is active, and that the shift code is valid. Before uploading, check yourself that there aren’t two rows for the same person on the same date — the system doesn’t detect duplicates automatically.
