It allows you to evaluate employees through multiple methodologies, generate reports based on key metrics, and manage your entire HR function—from recruitment and onboarding to training, performance and competency evaluation, and payroll processing—all within a single platform.
Yes. Key capabilities of the module include:
- Self-service payroll calculations and bulk upload of payroll incidences.
- Unlimited CFDI generation, bank payment files, and management of sick leave, alimony, loans, and Infonavit.
- Payroll reporting (payroll summaries, accumulations, net pay, CFDI processing).
- Export of IMSS movements (IDSE / SUA)
We can provide an RFP detailing all modules and submodules, including their scope and functionalities. In general, our platform covers the main HR pillars: planning and organization, administration, retention, recruitment and onboarding, employee self-service portal, payroll and payroll outsourcing.
No. People Cloud is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, meaning it is a standardized product. We do not offer custom development, as all clients use the same platform.
Yes. People Cloud includes attendance tracking capabilities, allowing employees to register their attendance and enabling HR teams to monitor and manage attendance records efficiently.

The system is updated to support CFDI version 4.0, while also maintaining compatibility with version 3.9. All CFDI generation is included in your monthly payroll module subscription.
Yes. Our Recruitment & Onboarding module includes a requisition system that allows you to post job openings in three ways:
- Within your People Cloud portal.
- On our internal job board.
- Through our partner job platforms (subject to each platform’s policies)
It is a tool that helps you visualize employee performance and potential, as well as identify areas for improvement, based on performance and 360° evaluations.
Psychometric assessments provide a standardized way to measure and understand employee behavior, personality, and competencies. This helps you make better talent decisions and improve organizational outcomes. We offer more than 10 assessments with unlimited usage.

Pricing, Plans & Subscription

We offer different plans based on the number of employees and selected modules. People Cloud operates on a per-employee monthly subscription model, and our plans are fully modular. You can add modules and submodules based on your needs.
All pricing is in Mexican Pesos (MXN). Payments can be made monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually via bank transfer or credit card.
Yes. Certain modules are required for the system to function properly. This is referred to as the Basic Plan, which can be configured with or without payroll.
There is no minimum or maximum number of employees. People Cloud is designed to scale with your business, regardless of size.
We offer a plan that includes core HR functionalities plus the Payroll Module, starting at $68 MXN per employee/month.
Yes. We have a team of experts who manage your payroll and provide you with full access to all People Cloud HR modules.
Payroll outsourcing starts at $279 MXN per employee/month.
This includes:

With a properly structured database, implementation typically takes between 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the number of modules selected.
Our platform is intuitive and designed for ease of use. Implementation is carried out through a practical approach, and we provide personalized training for each module you purchase.
We support you through your go-live phase and provide additional resources, including recorded training sessions, user manuals, videos, and infographics—so you can access help whenever you need it.
