General questions about the platform
People Cloud is a solution designed to streamline your HR processes and boost your team's productivity from a 100% cloud platform. For example, you can evaluate your employees, generate reports with multiple indicators and manage your department from recruitment to payroll payment. In other words, everything in one place, with no manual processes.
Yes. Here are some of the module's deliverables: self-service payroll calculation, bulk upload of incidents. Unlimited stamping, bank layouts, medical leave records, alimony, loans, Infonavit. Payroll reports (payroll ledger, accumulations, net pay, stamping), export of IMSS-IDSE-SUA movements.
We can send you an RFP listing the modules and sub-modules with their descriptions and scope. In general, we cover the main pillars: planning and organization, administration, retention, recruitment and onboarding, employee portal, payroll calculation and payroll outsourcing.
No. People Cloud is SaaS (software as a service), meaning we sell a ready-made product and cannot make custom modifications, because it is the same tool used by our entire community of customers.
Yes. With People Cloud you can track your employees' attendance in real time, control check-ins and check-outs, manage incidents and automate their integration with payroll, all from a single platform.
Unlike other solutions, People Cloud is a 100% cloud tool that covers most human resources processes. For example, it includes planning and organization, administration, retention, recruitment, employee portal, payroll calculation and outsourcing. In addition, everything is integrated into a single platform, with no need to contract separate systems.
Yes. The system is already updated to stamp with version 4.0, and all stamping is included in the monthly fee of your payroll module.
Our recruitment and onboarding module includes a requisitions section, where you can upload your job openings and post them in 3 ways: within your People Cloud portal, on our internal job board and through our partner agreements (each with its own policies). We also have agreements with more than 10 job boards.

They are a standardized way to measure and understand different areas of your employees' behavior and personality, in order to get the best results for your company. We offer more than 10 tests with unlimited use.

Yes. PeopleCloud is designed to comply with Mexican labor and tax law and is kept up to date with current requirements from the SAT, IMSS and INFONAVIT. It therefore includes CFDI 4.0 stamping, IDSE integration and incident management. In short, the platform lets you automate and manage HR processes in line with current legal requirements in Mexico.

Pricing, Plans and Contracting
We offer different plans based on the number of employees and modules. People Cloud works as a monthly per-employee license, so the plans are fully modular. In other words, you can add modules and sub-modules according to your needs and budget. See the exact details of each plan on our pricing page.
All our prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN), plus VAT. Payments can be monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual by bank transfer.
Yes, some modules are required for the system to work properly. We call this the Basic Plan, which can be with or without payroll.
We have no minimum or maximum number of employees.
We have a plan that includes core Human Resources processes and the Payroll module, priced at $109 pesos per employee per month, plus VAT.

Outsourcing, Add-on Modules and Cancellation
Yes. We have a team of experts who run payroll outsourcing and who also give you access to all the modules of the People Cloud Human Resources platform.
We have a comprehensive plan starting at $279 pesos per employee per month, plus VAT. It includes the outsourcing service backed by a team of experts, access to the platform with all People Cloud modules, unlimited stamping, reports and much more. It also includes IDSE integration. You can talk to one of our specialists to learn more about this service and find the ideal solution for your company.
With payroll outsourcing, an expert team performs your calculations, and you also have the complete HR system. With self-service payroll, we configure the system and train you so that you own the process. In short, the main difference is who runs the calculation: our team or yours.
Yes, we can create a custom plan for you, depending on your needs.
The demo is completely free and carries no obligation to hire us.
There is no penalty. However, contracts can only be canceled with 30 days' notice. We therefore recommend notifying us in advance so the process goes smoothly.

Implementation and Support
With your database in good order, implementation is scheduled to take 3 to 8 weeks. However, the time may vary depending on the number of modules contracted. For example, a basic implementation can be ready in 3 weeks, while one with all modules can take up to 8.
Our system is intuitive and implementation is fully personalized: no generic videos or PDF manuals for you to figure out alone. You have a dedicated account manager who accompanies you step by step through every module you contract, so you can use the platform independently as soon as possible.
